The TEMP service:

Are you a business in need of temporary bookkeeping support? Whether it’s covering staff leave, filling in while you find your next hire, handling a busy period, or catching up on overdue records – we've got you covered.

BAS only service:

We will prepare your business activity statements by reviewing all transactions, checking the correct GST is received or claimed. Then we'll send it to you for approval, and lastly lodge with the ATO on your behalf. We will probably only need to communicate for a couple of hours per month. We complete all work using the Pure Bookkeeping System and their checklists - ensuring all the boxes are ticked each reporting period.

Essentials Package:

On top of preparing your BAS, we will ensure that all transactions are coded to the correct general ledger account, laying the foundation for accurate reporting. We do this by investing the time to understand your cost centers, and how you would like expenses and sales classified. We will manage your payroll if required, incl. all statutory reporting, monthly IAS, and notifying you of your payment obligations such as superannuation, work cover and payroll tax - well before they become due. We will also finalise your EOY, and answer any queries from your Accountant and enter the necessary end of year journals so that we are ready to go again the next year! We will probably talk once a week. We complete all work using the Pure Bookkeeping System and their checklists - ensuring all the boxes are ticked each reporting period.

Essentials Pro Package:

On top of the BAS & the essential services we will provide you with a deeper understanding of your business numbers to give you the insights to always be on the front foot, and ready to pivot if necessary. This information is provided in the form of visual reports that analyze and interpret trends, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses, plus possible risks. We will be more involved in the day to day bookkeeping, chasing debtors, communicating with Customer's, Supplier's and Staff to answer any queries and sort out the day-to-day. We will support you with robust processes for setting up, and managing your cash flow. We will also be able to offer practical advice on how to improve the financial health of your Business. We can meet online, or in person to discuss these numbers, and plan some strategies to implement practical changes where necessary. We will mostly likely be working in different parts of the business on a daily basis. We complete all work using the Pure Bookkeeping System and their checklists - ensuring all the boxes are ticked each reporting period.
